WANTED: ONE ROOMMATE

my house is in search of a new roomie to fill a vacated room in our large house.

about the place:
super big victorian at Haight and Divisadero streets with 4 bedrooms all equipped with decorative moldings and fancy lighting fixtures with dimmer switches, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook, walk in pantry, separated bath, front stoop (good for sittin'), and small back porch area where you can look into all the neighbors back yards. carpeted in bedroom and living room as well as wainscoting throughout. big screen television with the amazing tivo action, playstation 2, and super deluxe cable stuffs.

we are smak dab in the middle of the haight with central access to allot. easy walking distance to Amoeba, Golden Gate Park, The Independent, Cafe du Nord, Red Vic, Castro Theater, and a myriad of other record stores, bars, bookstores, and other small shops.

easy walk over the hill into the castro, 24 bus picks up across the street if you want to ride into the Mission or Pacific Heights. 22 bus picks up just down the street if you want to catch a show at The Fillmore, The Bottom of the Hill, Mighty, California College of the Arts or want to eat in Japantown or in Potero Hill. The 22 also runs through the heart of the Mission. The 6, 7, and 71 lines pick up and drop off literally steps from our front door if you work or are going down town, The Embarcadero, the piers, the MOMA, YBCA, Westfield Mall etc etc.

$750 a month + utilities
$800 security deposit

If you find yourself in San Francisco this evening, it would be nice to stop by Giant Robot for their printed matter opening. I'll be "djing" sometime between 6:30-10:00 or maybe the entire time, playing that indie rock, boring idm, and old school hip-hop joints.
